Furniture and fans
Pool chairs, loungers, and tables can receive scheduled softwashing. Accessible ceiling fans can be included at agreed intervals.
HOA & community cleaning
Cleaning for community clubhouses, fitness rooms, restrooms, outdoor kitchens, and pool amenities, with routine visits and periodic work organized in one plan.

Scope of work
Community amenities have different patterns of use. We review the interior rooms, outdoor areas, collection arrangements, and property priorities, then define a service schedule with management.
The final scope is confirmed in your written proposal.
Beyond the routine visit
Pool chairs, loungers, and tables can receive scheduled softwashing. Accessible ceiling fans can be included at agreed intervals.
Accessible clubhouse windows can be cleaned periodically, with the frequency and included surfaces confirmed in the scope.
Carpet extraction, tile and grout restoration, floor stripping and waxing, and full-surface pressure washing can be quoted separately.
Optional site support
Where included, place carts out and return them to designated storage in coordination with the collection schedule.
Specified spot cleaning, hosing, or hand-pulling weeds at deck joints and edges can be defined for the property. These tasks do not extend to general landscaping.
Labor for standard, user-replaceable bulbs in existing, safely accessible fixtures may be included using community-provided bulbs. Electrical work and fixture repairs are excluded.
These are scope-specific options. General repairs, landscaping, pool-water treatment, and pool-equipment maintenance are outside the cleaning service.
Consumable supply management
BR can monitor consumable levels and coordinate replenishment orders for tissue, paper towels, hand soap, liners, and dog-waste bags where applicable.
The agreed arrangement identifies the products, storage, and replenishment responsibilities. Ordering focuses on items that need restocking.
Consumable purchases are billed separately from the cleaning fee when supplied through BR’s arrangement. The proposal explains how those charges are handled.
A few practical details

No. The cleaning scope may cover the deck, furniture, and surrounding amenities. Pool-water treatment and pool-equipment maintenance are excluded.
