Site-specific instructions
The scope identifies rooms, tasks, frequencies, access, storage, and closeout procedures. It also makes clear which work is periodic, optional, or outside the agreement.
Our approach
The cleaning matters. So do the instructions, supervision, and communication behind it.
Service, with structure
01
We review the spaces, flooring, traffic, access, and priorities with you.
02
Your proposal outlines the scope, frequency, and services included.
03
Supervision, inspections, and communication keep the cleaning plan accountable.
The scope identifies rooms, tasks, frequencies, access, storage, and closeout procedures. It also makes clear which work is periodic, optional, or outside the agreement.
Supervisors review the cleaning and provide follow-up guidance or training when an item needs attention. Operations coordinates the response to reported concerns.
Phone, email, and the service communication app provide ways to raise a question or request. The site arrangement establishes the contacts and process to use.
BR’s W-2 employees receive background screening, in-house training, and supervised on-the-job guidance before independent assignments. Site orientation connects that preparation to the building.
Color-coded microfiber and separate storage for used materials support the cleaning process. EPA-registered disinfectants are used for specified tasks, with product selection and protective equipment matched to the work.
Safety Data Sheets identify the chemicals used at the facility. Safety training and supervisor guidance support appropriate handling and consistent work practices.

Local accountability
Blue Ribbon’s operations team coordinates cleaning service, supervisor follow-up, and customer communication across the buildings we serve.
If a room changes use, traffic increases, or a concern needs attention, the first step is to understand what has changed. The team can then review the instructions, follow up on the work, or discuss an adjustment to the scope.
About Blue RibbonBefore the first service
The details that matter on the first day should be agreed before work starts.
Tell us about your building. We’ll start with a conversation and a walkthrough.
