Encapsulation
Available for scheduled commercial carpet maintenance. We review the carpet, soil, use, and existing cleaning program before recommending it.
Commercial carpet cleaning
Encapsulation and hot water extraction for commercial carpet, with preparation, spot treatment, and scheduling built into the service plan.
Scope of work
A carpet-cleaning proposal should identify the areas, method, frequency, access, and furniture arrangements. We review those details with you before scheduling the work.
The final scope is confirmed in your written proposal.
Two available methods
Available for scheduled commercial carpet maintenance. We review the carpet, soil, use, and existing cleaning program before recommending it.
Available as a defined carpet-cleaning service, with access and drying time coordinated around the building’s operating schedule.
Some maintenance plans alternate methods. The combination and frequency are selected for the property rather than applied as a fixed package.
A workable schedule
Confirm service areas, entry arrangements, the agreed scope, and any preparation the facility team needs to complete.
Keep the designated areas accessible and follow the agreed plan for furniture, equipment, and people moving through the space.
Coordinate periodic carpet work with routine vacuuming and the wider floor-care plan, with future visits identified when included in the agreement.
A few practical details
A quarterly schedule is one option we can discuss. The right frequency and combination of methods depend on the property, traffic, carpet condition, and service requirements.
Furniture responsibilities are agreed before scheduling. Heavy furniture and equipment may remain in place; the proposal identifies those limitations.
Routine vacuuming and scheduled carpet cleaning are different services. Encapsulation or extraction must be listed in the agreement or quoted separately.
Results depend on the carpet and the cause and condition of the staining. We review visible concerns and define the treatment without promising that every mark can be removed.

Floor care
A practical floor-care plan starts with the surface and the way it is used. The method, preparation, and service window should all be clear before work begins.
